We reserve the right to change payment procedures at any time without prior notice.

We do not accept returns without an order number, or returns made more than 1 month from the date of shipment.

We intend to provide you with high quality products, timely delivery, and after-sales support. Please pay attention to the following points.

If a product fails and cannot be used normally, please provide a valid order number and photos or video evidence by email. Our team will assist you. We cannot provide support and service if you fail to provide the requested information.

You must request a return within 7 days of receiving the product. No exception.

Returned products must be new and in resalable condition. They will be inspected upon receipt.

Shipping fees are non‑refundable. This includes delivery to your address and return shipping to our warehouse. Shipping orders are subject to standard shipping times.

A 10% restocking fee applies. Refunds will be processed after the item is received and inspected.
